Beavers Host Auburn
This weekend the Oregon State Beavers will host Auburn in the College World Series Super Regionals. the series is a best of three contest with the first game being broadcast tomorrow evening at 7 pm with a 6:30 pregame on KCFM. Game to will be at 7 pm on Sunday evening. if there is a need for a third game it will be played on Monday with a time yet to be announced.
Local Students Participate in Nike Outdoor Championship
While graduation is this evening there is one senior who has yet to complete his high school sporting activities. Camp Lacouture along with junior Kyle Hughes will participate in the Nike Outdoor Championships next weekend. Both have qualified for the Pole Vault. Lacouture’s best height was 14.4 during competition at the Central Coast Invitational and Hughes recorded a 13.6 at the OSAA 4A State Championships. The Nike Outdoor Championships begins Thursday June 16.
