Viking Football
The Siuslaw battled Sisters on Friday night and came out on top 20-7. Ian Sissel had 185 yards on 22 carries and 3 touchdowns. The Vikings have secured a spot in the playoffs and at least a share in second place in the Mountain Valley league. They finish up the regular season this Friday from Pleasant Hill against the Billies.

Viking Volleyball fell to Creswell in a league playoff on Saturday, they still have a chance to advance and will face Vale on Wednesday at home at 6p,
College Football
The Beavers have enough wins for a bowl appearance again this year. They defeated the Buffaloes 42-9 on Saturday. The beavers are 6-2 on the season.
The Oregon Ducks also defeated their opponent, UCLA on Saturday. They won 45-30 and are 6-1 on the season.
Sailor Football
The Mapleton Sailors finished up their 6 man football season on Saturday night against Triangle Lake. 67-6
