Sailors Fall to Mustangs
The Mapleton Sailors could not find their footing last night in Crane Oregon. The Sailors were outgunned by the Mustangs in 1A playoff action. They only managed 9 points against a much stronger team. Crane scored 64 points in the game for a final score of 64-9.
Wrestling Championships Delayed by Weather
The Siuslaw Vikings have traveled to Portland for State Championship Wrestling, however the inclement weather in the area has temporarily closed the Veterans Memorial Coliseum on the Rose Quarter Campus where the matches are to take place. OSAA officials say they are working to develop a revised schedule and will send out updates when they have additional information.
