Viking All-League Honors
Several Siuslaw Viking Baseball players have received honors on the 2023 MVC Baseball All-League. First team sophomore Maximus Reynolds.Second team: Senior Ian Sissel, junior Andrew Jensen-Norman, senior Noah Dotson.
Viking Playoffs
The Vikings will be in Medford today for baseball playoffs. They will face Cascade Christian at 5 pm with a 4:45 pregame on KCST.
Ducks Pull Off Late Win
It was a 2-1 California lead until the Ducks scored late in the 8th when a fielding error brought the tying run across the plate. A sacrifice fly brought in the go ahead run. With runners in scoring position for the Bears in the top of the ninth and one out the bears hit into a double play to end the game 3-2. The Ducks will now face Stanford tomorrow at 7 pm.
OSU Beavers
The Oregon state beavers play an early game today with a pregame on KCFM beginning at 9:30. They will face the Arizona Wildcats.
