The Eugene Emeralds were defeated by the Everett Aqua Sox last night 9-4. The loss drops the Ems into 3rd place and are now 5 games back of the League leading Canadians. The Aqua Sox move into second place four games behind Vancouver. The six game series in Seattle will continue this evening.
Sandblasters
The Three Rivers Sandblasters will have a double header this afternoon beginning a 1 pm at Siuslaw High School’s Jiggs Dodson Field. The Sandblasters will take on the North Coos Waterfront. Game two will start at 3:30.
