Siuslaw Viking volleyball was in North Bend last night. The Vikings fell in 3 sets. Next up for the Vikings is a trip to Sutherlin tomorrow with a 6pm game time.

The Eugene Emeralds blew out the Tri-City Dust Devils in game one of the 6 game series at PK Park. The Ems had 19 hits on the night and fired off 8 runs in the 8th inning alone. The Ems had 4 homers from 4 different players. Ems pitching allowed just 6 hits and one run for the 15-1 victory.
