Jackson Joins UO Basketball Broadcast
The Oregon Ducks have announced that Creswell native and Oregon Duck Basketball standout Luke Jackson will be joining the broadcast team as an analyst next season. Jackson joins Joey McMurry for all of the Duck Home games and some of the post season games. Duck head coach Dana Altman calls Jackson one of Oregon’s all-time greats. Jackson was 10th in the draft of 2004 by the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Dick Howser Trophy
Beaver slugger Travis Bazzana missed out on the Dick Howser award. Last night in Omaha the trophy went to Georgia’s Charlie Condon. Bazzana is still in the running for the 2024 Golden Spikes award which will be announced on June 20th.
