Ems Post Win Against Canadians
It was thirsty Thursday last night at PK Park and the Ems were trying to fill their thirst for a victory from the league leading Canadians. The Ems dropped the first two games in the series, but saw the tides turn last night. The Ems had a little help from Vancouver as a hit batsman and two walks precipitated a run scored by the Ems in the bottom of the first, but an inning ending double play with bases loaded ended the scoring, but the Ems got right back to it in the bottom of the second with a run followed by a two run homer by Alexander Suarez. The Ems held Vancouver to one run and added a 5th run in the bottom of the 7th for the 5-1 win. The Ems look to tie up the series this evening at 6:30
