Ducks Face Nittany Lions in Big 10 Championship
The Oregon Ducks finished up the Big 10 football season on top with a win over Washington on Saturday. The win completed the undefeated season for the Ducks and shook the monkey off the back of Ducks Head Coach Dan Lanning who had lost his first three meetings against the Huskies. The Ducks will now face #4 Penn State in the Big 10 championship game this Saturday beginning at 3pm on KCST.
Duck Men Remain Undefeated in Basketball
Also on Saturday the Ducks moved to 8-0 in college basketball defeating the #9 Crimson Tide of Alabama 83-81 it was a last second dunk by Nate Bittle that put the Ducks in the lead for the win.
OSU Miss Out on Bowl Season
The Oregon State Beavers finish their season with a 5-7 record and will not have a post season bowl appearance this year. The Beavers lost to Boise State on Friday 34-18.
UC Davis Falls to OSU
The Beavers did pull out a win on Saturday in college basketball defeating UC Davis 90-57.
VIking Basketball
On Wednesday the Siuslaw Vikings boys and girls basketball teams will begin their season with a home game against Taft. The Girls are up first at 5:30 with the boys to follow. You can follow the action on KCST beginning at 5:15.
