OSU Blows Out Oregon in Rose Bowl
It was difficult to watch as the Ohio State Buckeyes dominated the Oregon Ducks from their first drive down the field. it had the sense that the Buckeyes had a grudge to bear and they were not going to give the Ducks an inch. Ohio State scored with ease through the first half putting up 34 points before the Ducks found the endzone with a last second touchdown. The Ducks would score two more touchdowns, but that would be all the offense for Oregon. the Buckeyes would put up 500 total yard of offense while the Ducks struggled on both sides of the ball and on special teams. Final score 41-21 to end the Duck’s season.
Viking Basketball
The Vikings will be on the court today for the beginning of the Bandon Dunes Tournament. The Siuslaw boys will face Santiam Christian at 1:30 today the Viking girls will be on the court later against Bandon. That game will be at 6pm.
Wrestling
This Saturday Pleasant Hill will host the King of the Hill invitational. Viking wrestlers will participate along with 15 other schools.
College Hoops
The Oregon Ducks will face the Fighting Illini this evening from Matthew Knight arena. Pregame on KCST will begin at 6:30. The Oregon State Beavers will in Los Angeles to face Loyola Marymount. That game will air on KCFM beginning at 6:30
