Boys Golf
The Siuslaw Vikings hosted the Siuslaw Invitational yesterday at Florence Golf Links. At the end of the day the Vikings placed 6th overall in a field of 13 schools. Ryan Klampe continues to rise near the top of the leader board scoring a 75 to give him a second place finish overall. Will Johnson was the closest Viking to Klampe scoring an 80 for an 18th place finish.
Track and Field
A Rainy day today could put a damper on the Siuslaw Icebreaker scheduled for this afternoon, but plans are going forward for the Track and Field Event. Yesterday coach Chris Johnson was actively seeking volunteers to help with the event.
Baseball
Rain could also effect today’s baseball and softball games. The girls are scheduled to go to Creswell for a 4pm game. The Boys will travel to Sweet Home for a 4:30 game with a pregame scheduled on KCST beginning at 4:15.
Schedule
Tomorrow the boys are scheduled to play Marshfield at home at 4:30 and the Oregon Ducks will play Liberty university at 7:10 both games are scheduled for broadcast on KCST.
