Siuslaw Viking
A program dismantling in Coquille has sidelined the Siuslaw boys baseball team this week. The Viking boys will finish out the season with three games against Glide next week. Tuesday’s game will be a home game with a double header on Friday the 16th. meanwhile the Viking softball team is preparing for two games against Coquille and are on a two game win streak, hoping to improve on their record tomorrow
College Baseball
The Oregon Ducks are on a 4 game win streak after defeating St. Mary’s 8-1 last night improving their record to 35-13. They will begin a three game series against Washington tomorrow at PK Park.
The Oregon State Beavers game last night against Portland was cancelled. They head to Iowa for a series against the Hawkeyes tomorrow. The game will be covered on KCFM beginning at 4pm.
Track and Field
Tomorrow Siuslaw High School will host the Almost Varsity Invitational track and field event. The first event will be at 4 pm.
Sailor Softball
Mapleton Sailor Softball improved to 8-2 in league play after defeating La Pine on Tuesday. They will host Sister tomorrow for a double header.
