Ducks in Nevada
Oregon men’s basketball will return to Las Vegas this November to defend its title in the Players Era Men’s Championship. The Ducks will face Auburn on Monday, Nov. 24 at 5 p.m. on TruTV, and San Diego State on Tuesday, Nov. 25 at 8 p.m. on TNT. Both games will be held at Michelob ULTRA Arena. Matchups for the final day, Wednesday, Nov. 26, will be based on earlier results, with the championship game set for 6:30 p.m. at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
Academic Athletes
Fifty-four Oregon State athletes in baseball and track & field have been named to the 2025 Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll. Among the honorees, Sara Sanders was named the Pac-12 Women’s Track & Field Scholar-Athlete of the Year and Women’s Top Performer of the Year. The senior, who missed two seasons due to injury, earned Honorable Mention All-America honors in the javelin and holds a degree in kinesiology with a minor in chemistry. In baseball, Wilson Weber earned Pac-12 Scholar-Athlete of the Year. The All-American catcher hit .326 with 12 home runs and 58 RBI while completing his degree in business administration as the Beavers competed in the College World Series.
