Soccer
The Viking girls soccer team will be at home this afternoon to take on Pleasant Hill. The Billies have already has one shot at the Vikings taking the first meeting 3-1, but Siuslaw’s play of late has shown determination and grit as they go into today’s matchup. Play starts at 6:30. The Viking boys are on the road against LaPine. The Hawks have not had a win yet this season, but the Vikings are prepared with goalkeeper Terrance Masterman coming off a strong defensive week at the net. Viking boys play at 4:30
Volleyball
Viking volleyball is still looking for their first league win on the season. They will host Sutherlin who beat them in straight sets back in September. Game time from Glen Butler court is at 6pm.
Mapleton Volleyball is hosting Eugene Christian this evening. The Lions have been struggling with only one win this season. The Sailors have had their own struggles losing 7 of their last 8 games.
