Ducks Defeat Trojans
Oregon stretched its win streak to five with a 42-27 victory over USC at Autzen Stadium Saturday in what many called a College Football Playoff elimination game. The Trojans hit big plays through the air, but the Ducks controlled the trenches, rushing for nearly 180 yards while holding USC to just 52 on the ground. Malik Benson’s 85-yard punt return and two interceptions helped Oregon take the lead in the second quarter and never give it back. The Ducks, now 10-1, remain in the hunt to host a first-round CFP game with one week left in the regular season.
