Viking Baseball/Softball
The Siuslaw Viking’s baseball and softball teams will be in Sweet Home this afternoon for competition. Sweet Home competes in the 4A Oregon West Conference. first pitch for both the boys and girls will be at 4:30, airtime for the boys will be at 4:15 on KCST.
Track and Field
The Siuslaw Track and Field team will host the Siuslaw Icebreaker today. events begin at 4pm.
Lady Viking Golf
Siuslaw senior Jozalyn Hulet shot a 108 as the Lady Vikings opened the season Wednesday at Sandpines Golf Links. Freshmen Bella Maldonado, Lily Lewis, and Violet Ory-Remer also competed, while Sheldon’s Katie Myers earned medalist honors with an 84.

Tournament Basketball
The NCAA Tournament begins today for the Oregon State Beaver Women. The ladies will be hosting site for the game against Wisconsin in the WBIT Tournament. The Beavers finished up 23-11 for the season and hope to extend their play through the tournament. the Oregon Duck women will be on the court tomorrow in Austin Texas against Virginia Tech for their first game in the NCAA March Madness Tournament.
College Baseball
Duck Baseball begins a 3-game series against Northwestern tomorrow from Eugene while the OSU Beavers will be in Irvine, California to face UC Irvine.
