The Eugene Emeralds trailed by six going into the ninth inning last night in Yakima… they mounted a rally but managed only four runs, falling short against the Bears 9-7. Despite the loss, Eugene still maintains a one-game advantage over Everett in the West Division of the Northwest League… the Aqua-Sox lost to Spokane. The Emeralds will close out the regular season in Yakima tonight and tomorrow.
