Number one Crook County tipped the Siuslaw Vikings in three games early this morning in a quarterfinal match of the OSAA 4A Volleyball Playoffs at Lane Community College in Eugene.
Game one was even at 15-15 before the Cowgirls put on a spurt for the 25-18 win. Game two also went to Crook County, 25-19, then things were even closer in the third and ultimately deciding game with Siuslaw falling 25-21.
Crook County will face Banks in on Semi-final match this evening in Eugene, while the Vikings will go up against the Astoria Fishermen tomorrow morning at 8 AM in the consolation semis. Astoria fell to Banks this morning, also in 3.
