It can be beautiful, but brutal. The ten mile Cape Mountain Trail Run on the Horse Creek trail system ten miles north of Florence. The tenth annual run is set for this Saturday morning and as always, will offer panoramic vistas of the Pacific Ocean and elevation gains of nearly two-thousand feet. Registration for the run can be found at www.eclecticedgeracing.com (eclectic-edge-racing-dot-com). It’s a benefit for the Siuslaw High School Cross Country and Track programs.
