The Eugene Emeralds begin the 2012 Minor League Short Season tomorrow evening at PK Park in Eugene when they open against the Yakima Bears. Last year’s Northwest League West Division winner will face the Bears in a five game series through next Tuesday before heading out on an extended road trip to Boise, Spokane, Vancouver and Everett before returning home against the Aqua Sox on July Fourth.
