Here is the latest Washington, Oregon and Alaska sports news from The Associated Press

SEATTLE (AP) – Marshawn Lynch ran for 122 yards and a 3-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter, Seattle’s special teams came up with two huge first-quarter plays that led to 10 points, and the Seahawks beat the Dallas Cowboys 27-7 yesterday. Tony Romo threw a 22-yard TD to Miles Austin in the second quarter, but that was the only sustained drive the Cowboys could mount on the Seahawks stout defense.

ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) – Matt Harrison pitched into the ninth inning for his 17th victory and the Texas Rangers beat the Seattle Mariners 2-1 on a drizzly Sunday in Arlington. Adrian Beltre hit his 33rd homer for Texas. Harrison got within one out of his fourth complete game of the season, but came out after Jesus Montero’s two-out single in the ninth put runners at first and third. Blake Beavan allowed two runs and seven hits in seven innings.

SEATTLE (AP) – Renee Montgomery made two free throws with 14.4 seconds left to help the Connecticut Sun beat the short-handed Seattle Storm 60-58 last night. Montgomery drew a foul against Camille Little to set up the free throws that made it 59-58. The Storm played without regular starters Sue Bird (strained right hip flexor) and Lauren Jackson (strained hamstring).
