PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – The FBI has arrested Portland city worker on allegations that he provided support to a suicide bomber who participated in a 2009 attack in Pakistan. The U.S. Attorney says 48-year-old Reaz Qadir Khan was arrested yesterday morning at his home. If convicted, Khan faces a potential sentence of life in prison.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – A man fatally wounded by Portland police talked to a Seattle TV station in 2009 about the challenges of post-traumatic stress disorder. Thirty-two-year-old Santiago Cisneros was an Iraq war veteran and told the TV station he had attempted suicide after returning home from the war.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – Portland police have arrested a 17-year-old relative of a 4-month-old baby who was reported missing from a southeast Portland home. The child was found yesterday morning and was taken to a hospital for evaluation. Police say the female relative left the baby under a tree.

WEST LINN, Ore. (AP) – Police have posted signs at a park on the Willamette River at West Linn warning visitors to steer clear of a large bull sea lion. Police told The Oregonian people should keep dogs on a leash to avoid the sea lion, which has been sitting on the rocks near the edge of the water and may have been injured in a fight with other sea lions.
