Here is the latest Oregon news from The Associated Press

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – Despite an ambitious start, Oregon has so far failed to enroll a single person in coverage through the state’s insurance exchange. The state has received about 18,000 paper applications, at 19 pages each, and is scrambling to manually file and clear them – a process that will take weeks.

OREGON CITY, Ore. (AP) – Oregon State Police say a 52-year-old Canby man was killed in a crash yesterday evening on Highway 99E about two miles south of Oregon City. Police say Kris Kuykendall was driving a car that sideswiped two oncoming cars before hitting a semi-truck. He died at the scene.

SALEM, Ore. (AP) – The Oregon Court of Appeals has rejected a constitutional challenge to Oregon’s Right to Farm law. The Capital Press agricultural publication reports the case arose from Lane County, where some residents said their neighbor’s pesticides and chemicals drifted onto their properties. The court’s ruling came on a technicality.

TORONTO (AP) – The Portland Trail Blazers have won their sixth straight with a 118-110 overtime victory over the Toronto Raptors. LaMarcus Aldridge and Damian Lillard each scored 25 points, Nicolas Batum added 24. The Blazers made a season-high 15 3-pointers, finishing 15 for 32 from beyond the arc.
