PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – LaMarcus Aldridge had a career-high 44 points and 13 rebounds, and the Portland Trail Blazers rallied for a 110-105 victory over the Denver Nuggets last night. Wesley Matthews added 24 points for the Blazers (32-11), who snapped a two-game losing streak coming off a 2-2 road trip. The Blazers have not lost three straight this season.

SEATTLE (AP) – C.J. Wilcox scored 23 points, including a 3-pointer with 43 seconds left, leading Washington to an 80-76 win against Oregon last night. Wilcox scored six points in the final 2½ minutes as Washington (12-8, 4-3 Pac-12) held off Oregon (13-5, 1-5) down the stretch, extending the Ducks’ losing streak to five games. Andrew Andrews added 17 points for UW.

SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) – Sam Dower Jr. scored 18 points and Kevin Pangos made the game’s final shot, as Gonzaga narrowly beat San Diego for the 11th straight time, 59-56, last night. Pangos finished with 11 points for Gonzaga (17-3, 7-1 West Coast Conference) and Przemek Karnowski added 12 points, eight coming late in the second half.

LOS ANGELES (AP) – Haiden Palmer scored a career-high 32 points as No. 25 Gonzaga held on to defeat Loyola Marymount 91-82 in overtime yesterday for its seventh-straight win. Loyola Marymount set up overtime when Deanna Johnson, who had a career-high 25 points, made three free throws with less than a second remaining.
