MIAMI (AP) – Detectives in Miami say three NFL players are named in a police report involving a woman who passed out in a hotel, though no one has been charged with a crime. The Miami Police Department report released yesterday says the woman told police she was in a hotel room April 1 with San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick and wide receiver Quinton Patton, and Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Ricardo Lockette. The 49ers and the Seahawks say they are aware of the incident.

SEATTLE (AP) – A group of students helping make an anti-bullying video at Safeco Field yesterday were surprised by Mariners ace pitcher Felix Hernandez and Seattle rapper Macklemore. The students from Highland Middle School in Bellevue thought they were making the public service announcement with the Mariner Moose. But after the Moose “flubbed” his lines a couple of times, Hernandez came on in relief. Then the group was joined by Macklemore at home plate to complete the video.

PULLMAN, Wash. (AP) – Running back Aaron Baltazar has transferred from Boise State to Washington State. Coach Mike Leach says the 215-pound Baltazar rushed for 235 yards on 50 carries as a freshman last season before a knee injury ended his year. Baltazar will have to sit out this coming season per NCAA transfer rules. He will have three years to play for the Cougars.
