PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – Defense attorneys will argue today that a Portland man convicted of terrorism charges should be acquitted or granted a new trial. OREGON CITY, Ore. (AP) – Trial is beginning today for a man accused of killing his mother and nephew two years ago in Lake Oswego. Wallace is accused of shooting his 71-year-old mother Saundra Wallace and 16-year-old Nicolas Juarez at the home where Adrien Wallace lived with his mother.

BEND, Ore. (AP) – The Deschutes County sheriff’s office says a man found dead by mountain bikers on a trail near Bend apparently died of natural causes and not injuries.
