SEATTLE (AP) – Mariners first baseman Logan Morrison left yesterday’s game against the Texas Rangers after he hurt himself slamming his bat against the dugout wall. The display occurred after a flyout in the fifth inning. A piece of the bat broke off and caused a cut above his left eye that needed five stitches. Morrison says he is embarrassed for what happened.
