6-3 win in Spokane is 11th straight
Stephen Bruno accounted for four of the Emeralds’ nine hits last night and Eugene notched its 11th straight victory… this one 6-3 over the Indians in Spokane. The Eugene 2nd baseman was four-for-five at the plate with three RBI and one run scored. Erling Moreno picked up his second win of the season with five innings of work, striking out 1 and allowing only three hits. Michael Knighton threw two innings and allowed three hits, but picked up his fifth save of the season.
The five game series wraps up tonight in Spokane. The Emeralds will be at home in PK Park tomorrow where they’ll host the Boise Hawks.
