Ems Take Down Hops Part Deux
Make it 6 in a row now for the Eugene Emeralds as they move to secure the top of the division. The Ems had another solid game after falling behind 1-nothing in the first inning. They managed 5 runs on 9 hits and kept the Hops to 1 run. Javier Assad pitched 5 innings giving up 6 hits and a run but striking out 9 for the win. The final game of the series will be this evening at 7:05 at PK Park.
