Emeralds Shut Out Hawks
The Eugene emeralds stopped their losing streak last night shutting out the Boise Hawks 6-0. Bailey Clark a right hander from North Carolina and Rollie Lacy also a right hander combined for 9 innings of no-hit baseball. While on the offensive side a combined 12 hits helped to keep the Hawks busy. A win this evening will tie the series with the Hawks. First pitch is at 7:05 at PK Park.

Siuslaw High School home season reserve seating football tickets are on sale at the high school office. Priced at $25 each, tickets can be purchased during regular business hours, 8:30-4:00, except for Friday, September 1st and Monday, September 4th. Previous ticket holders get “first dibs” to buy their same seats for the 2017 season, regardless of date of purchase. Reserved seats are center field and most have a back rest to lean on. The traditional Blue & Gold game is this Friday August 25th at 7 PM. Fall Season Family Passes are also available for purchase at the office. These are $50 and are good for general admission per household for regular season home football and volleyball games.
