All League Teams Announced
The 2017/2018 All League Selections for basketball have been released. From Siuslaw, Kyle King made First team while Jake Hickson made second team. One other Viking, Jared Brandt, received an honorable mention and defensive team.
For the lady Vikings junior Madison Reynolds and Freshman Lindsey Long received Honorable Mentions and Marika White was defensive team honoree.
The final team rankings were place on a freeze yesterday due to weather conditions. The OSAA is set to announce final standings today. There is an outside chance, mathematically, that Siuslaw could receive a play-in.
Baseball Postponed
In baseball Oregon had been scheduled to play the University of Portland Pilots this afternoon. That game has been postponed due to weather. A rescheduled date has yet to be announced.
