Beavers Drop One
Cal State Fullerton managed to pull off a win against the Oregon State Beavers on Friday. The Beavers had brought it to a 3-3 tie but reliever Brandon Eisert gave up two hits and two runs in the top of the ninth for the Beavers first loss of the season. 5-3.
The Beavers took the series though with a win on Saturday 6-4 and another 6-4 win on Sunday. The Beavers are 15-1 on the season.
Ducks/UC Davis
The Oregon Ducks went 3 of 4 over the weekend against UC Davis. On Sunday the Ducks came within one run in the bottom of the 8th inning but UC Davis added another in the 9th for a final of 9-7. The Ducks are 11-4 on the season.
NIT Begins Tomorrow
The Oregon Ducks have been selected to play the NIT tournament. They were given the Number 3 seed and will host the 6th seed, Rider, tomorrow at Matthew Knight Arena at 7 pm. KCST will Air the game beginning at 6:30
