Athlete of the Week: Ariel Rosenbaum
This week’s Athlete of the week is senior softball standout, Ariel Rosenbaum. In last week’s double header against Douglas Ariel was 3-4 with 2 RBI’s and a stand up triple, and scored one run. In the second game she had 1000% on base percentage collecting another RBI and scoring 2 runs.
Honorable Mention: Kaitlin Meskimen
Honorable Mention goes to senior soft ball player Kaitlin Meskimen. 3-4 with 4 runs scored and a sacrifice fly in the first game and 1000% on base percentage in the second with 1 RBI and 1 run scored.
Vikings Host North Bend
Siuslaw is on the diamond for Far West League Baseball against North Bend. The boys will play at home at 5 o’clock. Pregame on KCST is at 4:45.
The girls are on the road to North Bend to face the Bull dogs in softball at 5 o’clock.
Beavers and Ducks…again
The Oregon State Beavers hit the pond at PK Park to take on the diamond Ducks in Pac Twelve Baseball. This evening’s game from Eugene is at 5:30, with a 5 o’clock pregame on KCFM.
