Ems Drop 3 in a Row

The Eugene Emeralds dropped three in a row over the weekend in Spokane.  Friday and Saturday’s games against the Indians were tough nail biters for the Ems.  Friday was a 2-1 loss with the ems managing only 2 hits on the evening.  One being a 9th inning home run by Gustavo Polanco.  On Saturday the Ems struggled again to try and come from behind and were down 4-1 in the 8th inning when again Gustavo Polanco hits a two run shot to close the gap, but it was all the Ems could go on the night and they lose 4-3.  On Sunday, the Indians had 17 hits and scored 7 runs to out man the Ems.  The Ems managed 2 runs on 7 hits last night with one error.  The Ems are now 10 and 20 on the season.

Ducks Score Arizona Coach in Golf
