Ems and Dust Devils Tied at Two

The Eugene Emeralds won one and lost two over the weekend against the Tri-City Dust Devils. Last night’s game in Washington was a back and forth battle over 9 innings.  The game was tied at 4-4 through 7 innings when a wild pitch in the bottom of the 8th scored Tri-City’s Tre Carter. Jordan Guerrero was brought in for the Devils in the top of the ninth to strike out Jonathan Sierra for the win.  The series is tied 2-2 and the deciding game will be played this evening in Pasco, Washington at 7:15.  The game marks the mid season for the MILB.
