Ems Drop All 3 Weekend Games; Ducks Looking Atop the Pac 12

Ems Drop All 3 Weekend Games

Over the weekend the Eugene Emeralds dropped three games on the road to the Vancouver Canadians.  The Ems could only muster 3 runs over the three games yet managed 25 hits.  The Ems left 23 men on base in the three games. Friday night’s game was 5-1, Saturday’s game 6-1, and Sunday’s game 8-1.  The Ems are still in Canada this evening with game 4 of the 5 game series.

Ducks Looking Atop the Pac 12

The Oregon Ducks are deep into their pre-season camp and according to reports junior quarterback Justin Herbert is ready for his first full season as the starter.  Ducks confidence is high even with the turnover at the coaching helm.  Last year with Herbert behind center the Ducks averaged 49.1 points per game and 516.5 yards of offense.  The Ducks hopes are set to be atop of the Pac 12 by season’s end.
