Athlete of the Week
The Sports Club, The Siuslaw News, and Coast Radio Sports congratulate junior Cross Country Runner Hannah Rannow as this week’s Athlete of the Week. Hannah finished third in the Woahink Lake XC Invitational with a time of 19:39.30.
Honorable mention goes to senior volleyball player Makenzie York for her performance at the Junction City tournament over the weekend with a combined 13 kills, 11 digs and 4 blocks in the Vikings 2 wins against Molalla and Madras.
Prep Volleyball Scheduled
SkyEm League volleyball tonight pits Siuslaw against the Lions in Cottage Grove at 6:30.
Mapleton is off the court until Thursday when they take on Alsea.
