Viking vs Marist
The Siuslaw Vikings hosted Marist Catholic last night in Sky-Em basketball. Marist outgunned the Viking boys 84-57. Sophomore Liam McClellan scored 23 for the Vikings in the defeat.
The Viking girls did not have the success they had the last time they met Marist. Marist out scored the Vikings 44-19. Sophomore Savannah Morris had the high numbers with 11.
Mapleton vs Siletz Valley
The Mapleton Sailors hosted Siletz Valley last night JJ Neece led the team in scoring with 13 point for the sailors, but Siletz Valley put up 59 points to the Sailors 33
The Sailor girls also lost to Siletz Valley. Junior Trinity Holmes was high scorer for the Sailors with 9 and Eva Spralding added 7. Final score 41-29
Ducks Host Cal
The Ducks are on the hardwood in Eugene tonight taking on the Golden Bears. Pregame on KCST is at 6 o’clock, tip off between Oregon and visiting Cal on the tall timbers of Matthew Knight Arena is at 6:30.
