UO/OSU Fall Short in L.A.

Oregon State is in Surprise Arizona for a four game series agains the Nebraska Cornhuskers.  Today will feature a double header after yesterday’s game was rained out.  Oregon is at home for a four game series against St Mary’s through Sunday.  Saturday’s play at PK Park is a double header beginning at 1 o’clock.

 

The Oregon State Beaver’s Tres Tinkle missed a game winning 3 pointer with 1.8 seconds left last night as a late rally by the Beavers came up short at UCLA.  The Beavers dropped the game 67-66 to the Bruins.  Oregon State will take on USC next.  Pregame Saturday afternoon is at 2:30, tip off at 3 o’clock.

 

The Oregon Ducks also fell short in L.A.  Losing to the Trojans 66-49. Oregon will take on UCLA tomorrow at 7 o’clock,  pregame on KCST is at 6:30.

State Championships Wrestling

Four Siuslaw Matmen will be competing in the two day OSAA State Wrestling Championships at Memorial Stadium beginning today.  Competing are Senior Riley Jennings, junior Matthew Horrillo, and sophomores Elijah LaCosse and Ryan Jennings

Women’s Basketball

Women’s Pac Twelve basketball tonight has Oregon Taking on the visiting Bruins of UCLA this evening in Eugene at 8 o’clock.  The Oregon State women will take on USC at 6 o’clock in Corvallis
