Students Line Up for Track and Field
59 students from Siuslaw high school are preparing for track and field this year. Junior’s Hannah Rannow and Ryan Rendon-Padilla return to defend their championship titles from 2018. Rannow won the girls 800 meters with a time of 2:18.54 and Rendon-Padilla won the javelin with a toss of 181:7
Season Wains for College Basketball
The Collegiate basketball season is coming to a close as the women’s teams for the Beavers and the Ducks finish up this weekend with the Arizona Wildcats and the Arizona SunDevils. The men’s teams have four remaining games on their schedule with the Arizona teams coming to Oregon this weekend and the Beavers and the Ducks finish regular season with Washington and Washington State next weekend.
