Pirates Nip Vikings; BYU Gets By UO; Portland Over OSU

Pirates Nip Vikings

Siuslaw head baseball coach, Tom Shinn, said the team did a better job swinging the bat in yesterday’s loss to Neah Kah Nie.  The Vikings went down 5-4, but according to Shinn it was the Pirates defense that ultimately won the game.  Dalton Stinger was on the mound for the Vikings allowing 5 runs on 7 hits with 5 strike outs and 2 base on balls.  Siuslaw’s next outing is a double header against Douglas on Tuesday.

BYU Gets By UO
