Virginia Sends Ducks Packing

The Oregon Ducks took Virginia down to the wire last night. It was a low scoring first half with both teams only having 10 points with 8 minutes left in the first half.  Virginia went into the locker room with an 8 point lead, but the Ducks erased that in the second half and even outscored the Cavaliers but it wasn’t enough to overcome the first half deficit.  Both teams had troubles working inside the paint and Oregon made several long range 3 point attempts due to not being able to successfully move inside.  All in all thought the Ducks were evenly matched up with the number 1 seed.  The two teams were knotted at 47 with 4 minutes remaining. But the Cavaliers went on an 11-4 run in the final minutes to win the game 53-49.
