Vikings Softball Versus Elmira
Last night the Lady Vikings were on the mound against Elmira for a double header. In the first game Elmira dominated the Vikings 13-1. The late game was a little tighter match with the Vikings battling to the end but coming up one run short in the 11-10 defeat.
Beavers Beat Cats
The visiting Arizona Wildcats took a 4-1 lead into the 5th inning last night against the Beavers. the Beavers managed a run in the 5th and then tied it up in the bottom of the 7th. A triple and a home run in the 8th sealed it for OSU as 4 runs came across the plate. Final 8-4
The visiting Wild Cats take on the Beavers at Goss Stadium’s Coleman field this evening at 7 o’clock, pregame on KCFM is at 6:30, the series closes out tomorrow night in Corvallis at 7 o’clock.
Ducks See Red
The Oregon Ducks fell to the Stanford Cardinal at home last night 5-4. The Cardinal take on the hosting Ducks at PK Park this afternoon at 4 o’clock. The series closes out with a noon game Saturday in Eugene.
Viking Baseball This Afternoon
Skyem Baseball this afternoon has Siuslaw taking on the Falcons in Elmira. Both of the boy’s game airs over Coast Radio Sports with a 2:45 pregame from Elmira on KCST.
Track and Field Schedule
Prep Track and field this afternoon has Siuslaw hosting the Central Coast Invitational. Field events get underway at 4 o’clock, track at 5:30.
