Florence Planning Commission Meets Tonight

The Florence Planning commission will consider a resolution on the Oaks Commons preliminary Planned Unit Development tonight.  The 16 unit townhouse development is  proposed off Oak Street at 32^nd street.  A resolution for the application for approval of the tentative The Sand Pine Ranch subdivision will go before the Florence Planning commission.  The 29 lot, five- street development is planned for a property northwest of Fred Meyer and Munsel Lake Road.  The Florence Planning Commission meeting is set for this evening in the City Council Chambers at 5:30.
