Ems and Volcanoes
The Eugene Emeralds had the night off last night for the MLB All-Star game. The Ems are currently in fourth place in the Northwest League south division with a record of 10 and 15 which puts them 7 games behind the leading Salem-Kaiser Volcanoes. The Ems have a chance at breaking into that lead as the next 4 games will be at Volcano Stadium in Kaiser. The Ems are on the field this evening for a 6:35 first pitch. The Volcanoes had initially posted that today’s game would be an afternoon game. The Ems will return to PK Park on the 17th
