Hawks Even Series
The Boise Hawks evened up the series last night at home against the visiting Eugene Emeralds. The Ems took an early 1-0 lead in the second inning, but Boise answered back in the bottom of the inning with 2 runs. The ems tied it up in the 7th, only to lose the lead in the bottom when right fielder Zach Hall lifted an inside pitch, from Ems reliever Zachary Mort, out of the park scoring 2 for a 4-2 lead and subsequently the win. Mort is 1-3 on the season.
