Gonzaga Outlasts Oregon
The Oregon Ducks took number 8 Gonzaga into overtime yesterday in the battle for Atlantis, but were outscored 7-6 in OT giving Gonzaga the 73-72 edge. The road doesn’t get any easier facing the North Carolina TarHeels this morning in the Bahamas.
Lady Ducks Roll
The Lady Ducks were victorious in the Virgin Islands on Thanksgiving Day. They defeated Oklahoma 89-72. Ruthy Hebard laid in 30 points in the victory and grabbed 18 rebounds. The well rounded ducks offense also saw three others in double digits including 18 from Sabrina Ionescu. Next up in St. Thomas is UT Arlington Today at 12:15.
The Duck women face Louisville tomorrow in their final game of the tournament Saturday.
Lady Beavers in Miami
The Oregon State women’s are in Miami for the Thanksgiving Basketball Classic. This morning it’s the Beaver women up against hosting Miami. The Oregon State women will play Liberty tomorrow morning in Florida.
Civil War
It is Civil War Weekend as Oregon State travels down I-5 to Eugene to face state rival Oregon. Pregame on KCST is at 11:30 on KCST, pregame on KCFM is at 12 noon. Kick off in Eugene is set for 1 o’clock at Autzen Stadium.
Beavers and Portland State Sunday
