Athlete of the Week
The Sports Club, the Siuslaw News, and Coast Radio Sports congratulate junior Siuslaw basketball player Liam McClellan as this week’s Athlete of the Week. Liam led all Siuslaw scorers with 19 in Saturday’s 111-31 win over Bandon in the Bandon Dunes Holiday Invitational. Liam was also named to the all-tournament team.
Honorable mention goes to Yoskar Delamora on the mats Saturday as he took first place in the 106 pound category at the Bend Invite.
