Pritchard Named First Team All-American
On Friday Senior Point Guard Payton Pritchard was named to the Associated Press First Team All-American. This makes him the first Duck in School history to have that honor. Pritchard is halfway to becoming the first consensus all American at Oregon in 80 years. The last was John Dick in 1940.
Ionescu Finalist for Naismith Trophy
Also on Friday, Sabrina Ionescu was named as one of the four finalist for the Citizen Naismith Trophy which recognizes the nation’s most outstanding women’s college basketball player.
