Beavers and Ducks Ready to Go

The Oregon State Beavers will hit the field Saturday night to take on the Washington State Cougars.  This is the first time since 2008 that the Beavers will open their season against a conference rival.  It is also the latest start for the Beavers since 1927.  OSU has 28 returning players from last year.  14 of those players had a starting role in at least 6 games last year.  The beavers hope to break the 6 game losing streak against the Cougars.  KCFM will carry the game beginning with a 6:30 pregame and the kick-off will be at 7:40 Saturday.

The Oregon Ducks posted their entire starting line-up on their “goducks” website   CJ Verdell will lineup behind Tyler Shough (shuck) as the Duck’s #1 running back and backed up by Travis Dye who will also be on special teams as the Ducks punt returner.  Mycah Pittman, Jaylon Redd and Johnny Johnson III will start as the wide-receivers.  KCST game coverage will begin at 3 pm Saturday with a 4:30 kickoff.
